1. About the game and website
These terms apply to the Block Squeeze: Block Puzzle / Block Buddies Adventure Android game and its informational product website, made by Fehistro Studio Games. Using the game or website means agreeing to these terms as allowed by applicable law. If you cannot legally agree to terms on your own, use the game with a parent or guardian's approval.
2. Gameplay and availability
Block Squeeze is designed as an 8×8 block puzzle featuring Adventure levels, Classic Endless, Block Buddies, and Squishville restoration. The website may describe planned or in-development functionality. Screenshots, features, worlds, levels, and release timing can change before or after launch. The website itself is not a playable browser game.
3. Progress and local storage
Game progress is intended to be stored on your device. There is no guaranteed account-based sync, backup, or recovery service. Resetting progress, clearing app data, uninstalling, or a device fault may cause loss of saved progress. Device backup services, if supported, operate under their own terms.
4. Advertising and optional rewards
The planned game includes banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements for limited Undo, Hammer, and Buddy Rescue abilities. Each offered reward is credited only after the advertising provider confirms it was earned, and per-attempt/run limits apply. Ad availability may depend on region, internet access, advertising inventory, privacy settings, and technical conditions. You can restart normal gameplay without completing a rewarded ad.
5. Virtual items
Joy Stars, level ratings, score, power-ups, and Squishville restorations are virtual game features. They are not money, are not transferable, do not have cash value, and are not redeemable for currency. Gameplay rules and reward amounts may be adjusted to maintain balance, subject to applicable consumer rights.
6. Fair use
Use the game for personal entertainment. Do not intentionally exploit advertising rewards, impersonate the publisher, distribute altered copies deceptively, or interfere with normal operation or other people's rights. This does not prevent activities that applicable law protects.
7. Intellectual property
Block Squeeze branding, original character artwork, website content, and other game materials are owned by or licensed to Fehistro Studio Games and their respective rights holders. Playing the game does not transfer intellectual-property ownership or authorize commercial redistribution.
8. Third parties
Google Play, Android, Google Mobile Ads, and Cloudflare have their own terms, privacy practices, and service availability. Our Privacy Policy describes the planned handling of gameplay information and advertising.
9. Availability and liability
The game and website are provided as available. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or recovery of lost local game data. To the extent allowed by law, additional warranties and liabilities are limited, but nothing here restricts statutory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
